Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations can only be requested within 1–2 hours of placing your order by contacting support@arlonwear.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your full name and order details and we will resend the confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to follow your delivery in real time.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Occasional delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Are there any customs or import charges?
No. All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — the price you pay at checkout is the final price. There are no additional customs or import charges upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items cannot be returned: underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalised or custom-made items.
How do I return an item?
Email us at support@arlonwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours on business days with further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arlonwear.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We do not store any payment details on our servers.
