At ARLON, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn't right, we offer a clear and transparent return process.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags and components are intact
  • The product has not been damaged through improper use
  • For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be clean and unused
  • Any defects must be reported immediately after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage or do not meet the conditions above.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team by email:

support@arlonwear.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Full name
  • Shipping address

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 24 hours on business days. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the sender's address shown on the package.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns must be sent with a tracking number
  • ARLON is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund if all conditions are met.


Refund Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 5 business days after arrival
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically shortly after being placed. Cancellations can only be requested within 1–2 hours of placing your order by contacting support@arlonwear.com.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Items in Transit

All orders are shipped from overseas fulfilment centres to the United Kingdom.

If an order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until delivery and then initiate a return request if needed by contacting support@arlonwear.com.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
